Training Style: The Canine Barkyard uses balanced training methods with a heavy emphasis on positive reinforcement and relationship building in all our programs. We believe that obedience is easy to teach when there is a strong, positive, and respectful relationship between dog and owner. We teach the importance of structure in the home, relationship building and boundary setting in addition to our obedience training. Our programs give owners the ability to understand the behaviors their dog is exhibiting, how to communicate and implement their training in real life scenarios. This allows clients to continue their training beyond their time with us.
